Superb opportunity to join an industry leading hedge fund manager based in Mayfair.
We’re looking for a Junior Fund Accountant to join the team as part of growth.
They with an impressive portfolio of institutional clients, managing assets on behalf of institutional investors, including pension, endowment and sovereign wealth funds. The business also provides back-office support to several third-party investment managers.
You’ll join a sophisticated, dynamic environment and have complete exposure across end-to-end fund accounting.
The team follow a hybrid work policy with 2-3 days per week in the office.
Responsibilities:
* Implement market data controls for fund investments
* Monitor and reconcile front office P&L
* Provide FX hedging calculations to front offices
* Participate in the month end NAV review process
* Assist with performance reporting
* Monitor and process corporate action events
Experience required:
* Degree educated in business, financial accounting and/or mathematics.
* 2-4 years of experience in financial services, investment banking or wealth/asset management.
* Strong communication skills combined with accuracy and attention to detail.
* Strong experience in MS Excel.
