The Junior Finance Accountant will play a key role in supporting the accounting and finance department within a Risk Management business. This role involves assisting with financial reporting, Debtor & Creditor reconciliations, and maintaining accurate records to ensure smooth operations.

Description
Prepare and review financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
Conduct reconciliations of accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
Debtor & Creditor reconciliations
Maintain accurate and organised financial records.
Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts as required.
Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Provide ad hoc support to the accounting and finance team as needed.Profile
A successful Junior Finance Accountant should have:
A background in accounting or finance.
Experience in the professional services industry is advantageous.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards.
