We rebranded to Ogi in 2021 to represent our dedication to Welsh communities and received a significant multi-million-pound investment to deliver a large-scale and ambitious rollout of full fibre internet across South Wales.
We’re looking for a Junior Finance Business Partner to join our award winning finance team to support financial operations and deliver further insights into the business.

It would be great if you’ve been on a related course, hold a degree or a relevant qualification, ideally we’re looking for someone who has -
* Strong Numeracy skills
* Experience with reporting and using Excell
* Experience in accounting systems and interpreting financial data
* Excellent communication skills
What you’ll be doing…
You will be working hands-on in a role where you’ll assist the Senior Financial Business Partner and the wider Finance team with day-to-day transactions, their ability to make decisions and to ensure the delivery of an efficient service to the organisation.
You’ll play a significant part in ensuring key financial data is accurate and using it to form reports for the wider business. Many of the skills required for this role can be learned; what's crucial is your ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, adapt swiftly, and demonstrate strong collaboration skills.
Responsibilities will be quite varied, but not be limited to;
* Assistance in preparation of monthly budget packs for managers – P&L & Balance sheet
* Providing input into the month end process and posting journals in the finance system as required
* Collating and logging monthly KPI’s across the business.
* Supporting the gross margin analysis, on both B2B and B2C businesses
* Supporting the annual budget process, ensuring templates are updated and distributed.
* Responsible for budget virement requests and posting agreed movements in finance system
* Assisting the Senior Finance Business Partner with ad-hoc reporting and the processing of data as required
