What You'll Be Doing
As part of the marketing team, you'll support a variety of digital activities including:
* Managing and scheduling social media content across platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
* Creating eye-catching graphics, posts, and digital content using marketing tools.
* Writing engaging copy for social media, email campaigns, blogs, and website updates.
* Supporting candidate attraction campaigns for a wide range of clients and job vacancies.
* Assisting with email marketing campaigns and analysing performance metrics.
* Helping maintain and update the company website and job board listings.
* Monitoring social media engagement and identifying opportunities to increase reach and brand awareness.
* Conducting market research on competitors, recruitment trends, and industry developments.
* Tracking campaign performance and producing simple reports on marketing activity.
* Supporting employer branding initiatives and promotional events.
What We're Looking For
