Junior CAD Technician
Up to £30,000 (depending on experience)

A growing and well-established construction business is seeking an organised Design Office Administrator to support its busy planning and production team.
You’ll play a key role in producing detailing drawings and managing multiple projects from approval layouts to releasing schedules for manufacture.
Key responsibilities:
Produce accurate technical drawings and detailed designs using AutoCAD and the company’s design software.
Develop strong product knowledge and ensure designs meet customer and manufacturing requirements.
Prepare approval layouts, project drawings and manufacturing schedules for multiple projects.
Manage projects from receipt of order through to manufacture and delivery to site.
Work closely with mentors, colleagues and other departments to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time.
Support wider design-office activities, including pricing, quotations, workload planning and manufacturing/casting decisions.What we’re looking for:
Confident and organised individual with strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and time management skills
Professional approach with strong problem-solving skills
Some AutoCAD experience would be desirable (but we're totally open to someone looking to get into the industry!)
