Junior CAD Engineer

Dartford, Kent (Ideally located: Orpington, Sidcup, Erith, Gravesend, Rochester, Chatham)

The company provide a range of services including fabrication, sheet metalwork, CNC machining, and they have an excellent reputation across their industry. Due to continued workload, they are looking to add another CAD Engineer to the team.
In this varied role, you will support engineers throughout the design and manufacturing process, using your CAD skills to contribute to a variety of projects. This is a permanent position offering the opportunity to build on your existing experience and develop your career within an established engineering business.
This position would suit a CAD Engineer with experience in fabrication or sheet metalwork, looking to join a specialist engineering company where you can further develop your technical skills and gain exposure to a broad range of manufacturing processes.
The Role:
Junior CAD Engineer
Producing drawings and layouts using SolidWorks
Working with fabrication and sheet metal projects
Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 17:00, Friday 08:00 to 16:00
The Person:
CAD experience using SolidWorks or similar
Background in fabrication or sheet metal engineering
Commutable to Dartford
