My client is searching for an enthusiastic and detail orientated Junior Architectural Technician with an exceptional attention to detail to join their multi-disciplinary, award-winning team in Birmingham. The RIBA chartered practice provides services across all RIBA stages of Healthcare, Leisure and Residential projects and prides itself on having repeat clients and exceptional customer service.
This role is an excellent opportunity for an Architectural Technician to gain invaluable experience and build a diverse portfolio of projects within a well-established practice.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Junior Architectural Technician:
Degree or equivalent in Architectural Technology or a related field
Assist in the development of detailed technical drawings and specifications
Conduct site surveys and contribute to feasibility studies
Knowledge of UK building regulations and construction methods
Support senior technicians in resolving technical issues and ensuring compliance with building regulations
Collaborate with project teams to produce Revit models
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Proficiency in Revit is essential
