NRT Group have a unique opportunity for an Electrical biased Office Administrator for our Banstead based office.
Administrator Role
You will be responsible for planning and scheduling the Electricians workload, processing of ticksheets and Electrical certification. You will need the ability to deal with the general public, suppliers and the general workforce. The ideal applicant will have strong Microsoft/Excel skills to produce/develop spreadsheets to enable the capturing of performance statistics across a range of contracts.

Key responsibilities as our Office Administrator:
- Booking of Appointments / Scheduling of work programmes
- Processing of job-related paperwork/certification
- Updating of Excel Spreadsheets
- General Office duties such as answering the phone and emails etc
- Development of IT systems to enable capture of KPIs
