Junior Accounts Assistant
Proactive Personnel are currently recruiting for a Junior Accounts Assistant to join their clients’ team in Shrewsbury, Shropshire.
This opportunity would be suitable for someone who is interested in kick-starting a career within finance, and happy to undergo their level 2 AAT qualification.
Hours: Mon-Fri 9am – 5pm | Office based
Salary: £24,784.50 per annum DOE.
Duties to include:
* Daily banking reconciled to departmental end-of-day returns.
* Matching and processing parts purchase invoices.
* Reconciliation of suppliers’ statements to purchase ledger accounts.
* Processing payment requests and making payments.
* Document scanning and filing.
* Sales Administration cover.
* Other ad-hoc duties as required.

* An ability to work to a high standard, particularly a high attention to detail to ensure all processing is accurate and processed on a timely basis.
