Description
As the Junior Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for:
Processing high volumes of invoices
Processing credit notes
Coding invoices
Dealing with supplier queries - email & phone
Reconcile supplier statements
Assisting with payment runs when requiredProfile
In order to be considered for the Junior Accounts Assistant role, you must:
Have ideally some experience within finance OR have a passion for numbers
Be immediately available
Be confident talking on the phone
Be able to use Excel & other systems confidently
Be able to work as part of a team
