As a Junior Account Manager, you'll be responsible for managing client accounts, fostering relationships, and boosting sales growth in key markets. This role presents an exciting opportunity to gain valuable experience in account management within a leading lighting business.
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to accurately quote prices and meet customer targets.
- Highlight product features and benefits through presentations and demonstrations.
- Assist in launching new products to drive revenue and expand market reach.
- Provide top-level service to clients, nurturing and expanding business opportunities.
- Review customer feedback to improve service delivery and maintain a satisfied customer base.
- Collaborate with designers to create advertising materials, such as magazines and promotional content.
- Analyze sales data to identify top-performing products and assess market trends.
- Update internal systems with shipment dates for delayed stock and manage logistics.
- Process showroom sale orders seamlessly to integrate sales operations.
The ideal candidate will have a background working in fashion, E-commerce, buying, or merchandising, though this is not essential
