Junior Account Manager

Description:

Our award-winning agency client is seeking a Junior Account Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. As a Junior Account Manager you will act as the primary link between the client and the agency on a day-to-day basis. Assisting the Senior Account Manager in delivering creative and digital solutions both online and offline.This role would suit a Junior marketer or an Account executive that is already working agency side.
Responsibilities:
* Manage projects with support, ensuring accurate scheduling and client Pos
* Set up jobs, produce quotes, and maintain financial documentation
* Prepare for client meetings, build relationships based on trust, and deliver exceptional service
* Communicate with clients, addressing requests in collaboration with the team
* Complete daily timesheets and assist team members as required
* Maintain accurate estimating, billing plans, and invoicing for projects
* Raise supplier POs and allocate costs accurately within Synergist
* Support in adding new core client opportunities for pipeline reporting
Skills and experience:
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written commercially astute
* Strong planning and organisational skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment
* Excellent relationship building skills
