Our client is a highly respected bespoke joinery specialist, known for delivering exceptional craftsmanship on prestigious residential and commercial projects. With a strong reputation for precision, creativity, and collaboration, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team and oversee the successful delivery of complex joinery packages from concept through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage high-end joinery projects from tender stage to final handover, ensuring quality, cost, and programme expectations are met.
Liaise with architects, designers, contractors, and private clients to interpret and deliver bespoke joinery solutions.
Produce and manage project programmes, schedules, and timelines.
Oversee on-site installation and coordinate with workshop production to ensure timely delivery.
Conduct regular site visits, lead project meetings, and provide progress reports to stakeholders.
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth delivery.
Requirements:
Proven experience managing bespoke joinery or fit-out projects in high-end residential, hospitality, or commercial sectors.
Strong technical understanding of joinery and cabinetry detailing.
Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and client briefs with precision.
A proactive and solutions-driven approach to project challenges.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to site and workshop locations.
