Description:

We're looking for an experienced Joiner Multi Trade to carry out responsive repairs in council properties across Newark. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with a company van and fuel card provided from day one.

As a Joiner Multi Trade, you will be:

Completing responsive repairs in occupied council properties
Carrying out second-fix carpentry
Completing minor plumbing repairs
Undertaking patch plastering and patch tiling
Delivering a high standard of customer serviceI'd love to speak to anyone who has:

Experience working in social housing or council repairs
Joinery and multi-trade experience
A full UK driving licenceThe Joiner Multi Trade role offers:

£20 per hour through the agency
Company van and fuel card from day one
Temp-to-perm opportunity
Permanent salary of £30,000
Optional call-out rota to increase earnings
