Start an immediate temp-to-perm opportunity with a company van and fuel card provided from day one. As a Joiner Multi Trade, you’ll carry out responsive repair works across occupied social housing properties in Newark, with the opportunity to secure a permanent role paying £30,000 per year.

You’ll be joining a well-established social housing provider with a strong focus on delivering high-quality repairs and excellent service to tenants. This Joiner Multi Trade role offers consistent work, a supportive team environment, and a clear route into permanent employment.

I’d love to speak to anyone who has worked as a Joiner Multi Trade, Multi Skilled Joiner, Carpenter, Multi Trade Operative, or Property Maintenance Operative within social housing or responsive maintenance.

As a Joiner Multi Trade, you will be:

Carrying out day-to-day responsive repairs within occupied social housing properties
Completing first and second-fix joinery repairs, including doors, frames, skirting boards, kitchen units, and locks
Undertaking basic plumbing, patch plastering, tiling, and decorating works where required
Diagnosing repair issues and completing works to a high standard on the first visit where possible
Delivering a professional and customer-focused service to tenants
Working safely and efficiently across properties in NewarkI’d love to speak to anyone who has:

Previous experience working within social housing or responsive property maintenance
Strong joinery skills with experience completing domestic repair works
Additional trade skills in basic plumbing, plastering, tiling, or decorating
A full UK driving licence
The ability to work independently and manage a varied workloadThe Joiner Multi Trade role is offering the following benefits:

£20 per hour throughout the temporary period
Company van and fuel card provided from day one

Permanent salary of £30,000 per year upon successful completion of the temporary period

Annual leave and pension benefits once permanentThis role is offering £20 per hour during the temporary period. On successful completion of the temp-to-perm period, you’ll move onto a permanent salary of £30,000 per year.

Location & Travel
Based in Newark, you’ll be working across local social housing properties with a fully expensed company van and fuel card provided.
