Your new companyA West Midlands housing association is seeking an experienced Joiner Multi‑Trade to carry out day‑to‑day reactive maintenance in occupied social housing properties. This is a short‑term contract covering sickness, with the possibility of extension and long‑term employment.
Your new role

Responsive carpentry repairs in occupied homes
Basic multi‑trade tasks such as patch plastering, minor plumbing, tiling and making good
Working independently across local housing stock
What you'll need to succeed

NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds Level 2 in Carpentry/Joinery
Previous experience in social housing reactive maintenance
Own van and tools preferred (option for van provision later)
Strong carpentry skills with multi‑trade capability
What you'll get in return

Up to £25.50 per hour
