Job Title: Joiner – Social Housing

Location: Greater Merseyside

Salary: Negotiable- experience depending

Job Type: Temp/Perm/On Going

About the Role:

We are currently recruiting for a skilled Joiner to join our maintenance/planned works team across social housing properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out a full range of joinery repairs and maintenance in occupied and void properties

Install and repair doors, door frames, skirting, kitchens, flooring, and other timber-based fixtures

Support planned/responsive maintenance works across the housing stock

Ensure all work meets health and safety and regulatory standards

Accurately record job details and complete paperwork or digital logs using a PDA or mobile system

Requirements:

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Carpentry & Joinery (or equivalent)

Proven experience in domestic joinery, ideally within social housing or similar environments

Full UK driving licence 

CSCS desirable
