URGENT: MULTI-TRADER / FINISHING SUB-CONTRACTOR
Location: Gateshead, Tyne & Wear
Start: Immediate / Next Day
Duration: 5 Days (50 Hours) | 10 Hours/Day (07:30 – 17:30)
Pay: Competitive Day / Hourly Rate (Dependent on experience & CIS)
ROLE & DUTIES
Branta Consulting requires an autonomous Multi-Trader / Finishing Operative for a high-priority 5-day site handover in Gateshead.

Plastering & Patching: Drylining repairs, board patching, skimming, and wall touch-ups.
*
Joinery & Finishing: Second-fix joinery touch-ups, door easing, skirtings, architraves, and sealing.
*
Snagging: Clearing final cosmetic and finishing defects across units prior to hand-over.
REQUIREMENTS

Skills: Hands-on expertise in plastering, joinery, and multi-trade finishing.
*
Essentials: Valid CSCS Card, full hand/power tool kit, and personal transport.
