Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated joiner to join our clients maintenance team. This role involves carrying out maintenance work on domestic properties across the Darlington area, ensuring high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of joinery tasks including but not limited to fitting doors, windows, skirting boards, and other woodwork in domestic properties.
Carry out repairs and maintenance work as directed, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard.
Work collaboratively with other trades and contractors to ensure efficient and effective completion of maintenance tasks.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Respond to emergency call-outs when required.
Maintain accurate records of all work carried out, including materials used and time spent on tasks.
Provide excellent customer service to tenants, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.Qualifications and Experience:

NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Joinery or Carpentry.
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a domestic maintenance environment.
CSCS card holder.
Good understanding of health and safety regulations.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Full UK driving licence is essential.How to Apply:
