Joiners Wanted – Housing Repairs & Maintenance

We’re currently looking for experienced Joiners to join a busy housing repairs and maintenance team.

⏰ 37 hours per week
???? Monday–Thursday: 8:00am–4:30pm
???? Friday: 8:00am–1:30pm
???? Company Van & Fuel Card provided

The role will involve working across domestic properties carrying out a mixture of planned and reactive joinery works, including:

• General first and second fix joinery
• Door, frame and ironmongery repairs/replacements
• Kitchen repairs and installations
• Flooring, skirtings and facings
• Window repairs
• Timber repairs and remedial works
• Fitting and replacing locks
• Working across occupied and void properties
• Insurance-related repair works

We’re looking for experienced Joiners who are comfortable working independently, dealing professionally with tenants and customers, and completing work to a high standard.
