Salary: From £11.50 per hour

Hours: Minimum 7 hour shifts, maximum 14 hours per day

Main Duties:

As a Care Assistant, your responsibilities will vary based on the needs of our service users. Key duties include:

* Personal Care: Assisting with personal hygiene, toileting, and managing incontinence, including changing pads and handling catheter bags.

* Support with Eating and Drinking: Encouraging a balanced diet and appropriate eating methods tailored to each service user.

* Mobility Assistance: Helping with movement and physical activities, using aids like hoists when necessary.

* Domestic Duties: Performing light cleaning tasks, emptying bins, and washing as requested.

* Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records, including MAR charts for medication, log books for visits, and care plan updates.

* Promoting Independence: Empowering service users to do as much as they can for themselves, providing support only when needed.
