Job Coach Location: Moulton, Northamptonshire
Salary: £25,110 per annum (£19,798.26 pro rata)
Hours: 37 hours per week
Contract: 37 weeks per year

Think FE is recruiting for a Job Coach to join a supportive further education setting in Moulton.
This is a rewarding opportunity to work directly with young people with additional needs, helping them develop the skills, confidence and workplace experience needed to progress into paid employment.
The Role As a Job Coach, you will support young people with additional needs to access and succeed in supported work placements.
You will work closely with learners, employers and external support agencies to create positive, inclusive working environments where each young person has the opportunity to develop and succeed.
A key part of your role will be building relationships with local employers and supporting both the employer and intern throughout their placement, with the ultimate aim of helping young people make a successful transition into paid employment.
What We're Looking For The successful candidate will need:

Experience working with young people with moderate to severe learning disabilities
Experience of networking and developing strong working relationships with a range of partners, including employers and support agencies
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
The ability to support young people confidently and sensitively within workplace environments
A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle, as local travel is required
Training in Systematic Instruction (TSI) accreditation would be advantageous, although it is not essential
