Hybrid (2 days office-based, with visits to client sites as necessary)

Working Hours: 9:00-17:30
Japanese Speaking Infrastructure Support Engineer - What You'll be Doing:
* Providing support for client infrastructure, including PCs and servers
* Troubleshooting system issues
* Responding to inquiries from customers
* Handling product version upgrades
Japanese Speaking Infrastructure Support Engineer - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
* Experience as an IT infrastructure engineer/support desk technician
* Proficiency in Japanese and English
* Strong customer service skills
* Proactive attitude towards work
