Competitive and Clear Pay Rates
Monday to Friday day shift : £36.17 per hour
Saturday day shift : £47.02per hour
Sunday day shift : £57.86 per hour
Monday to Friday night shift : £47.02 per hour
Saturday night shift : £47.02 per hour
Sunday night shift : £57.86 per hour
Bank Holiday : £57.86 per hour
Responsbilities:
⦁ Nurses continuously monitor patients' vital signs such as heart rate, blood pressure, oxygen saturation, and respiratory rate.
⦁ Administer medications as prescribed by physicians, often including potent drugs that require close monitoring.
⦁ Perform various nursing interventions such as wound care, suctioning, and inserting intravenous lines.
⦁ Ensuring that they receive appropriate care and treatment according to their preferences and values.
⦁ To prioritize patient safety by preventing falls, infections, and other complications commonly associated with critical illness.
Requirements:
⦁ NMC registration and PIN
⦁ A minimum of 12 months post qualified work experience
⦁ Strong clinical skills and meticulous attention to detail
⦁ Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
⦁ Effective teamwork and the ability to work independently
