Role: iTrent Lead Specialist
Location: Hybrid (Brighton 1 or 2 days per week, and home)

Summary: Our client is a high-profile organisation with a large IT function responsible for delivering consistently accurate, efficient, and quality based data services. This role leads on the implementation and product support of the new iTrent HR and Payroll software solution.
The role: To support and advise the HR and Payroll teams in a technical capacity, in the use and development of the People system, iTrent.
Lead and participate in all upgrades, patches and customisations of the iTrent HP and Payroll functions
Liaise with the vendor on all system related issues
Identify and support the design and implementation of any new functionality
Oversee UAT
Provide iTrent training as requiredYou need to be able to demonstrate:
Ability to work up to 2 days per week in Brighton
Subject Matter Expert level knowledge in iTrent HR and Payroll modules, including system patching, upgrades and customisations
Experience managing the various stages of iTrent Development, Test and Go Live
Experience of process mapping of system functions, roles and activities
Experience in 'Element building' constructing Best Practise
Strong communications and collaboration skillsDesirable
Experience of Sage 200
