As an IT Trainer for this well-established training provider you will you will join a team who are focused in delivering high quality training expertise to their clients. These include professional individuals, SME, Medium sized and larger commercial organisations.
About the Job
Ideally you will have at least 2 years of IT training experience and be based in commutable distance of East Hampshire.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
This central role will be reporting directly to the owner, a skilled and experienced IT expert.
The focus will be facilitating a range of Training and training support to clients.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
* Designing and delivering IT training programs to diverse audiences, including beginners and advanced learners.
* Developing comprehensive training materials, including presentations, manuals, and hands-on exercises, to support IT training programs.
* Delivering engaging and interactive training sessions both in-person and virtually, utilising a variety of teaching methods and techniques.
* Collaborating internally to identify training opportunities and contribute to the development of new courses.
* Assessing the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics, and adjust as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
* Staying up to date with the latest trends and developments in the IT industry and incorporate relevant content into training sessions.
* Providing ongoing support and mentorship to training participants, including answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and offering guidance on further learning resources.
* Maintaining accurate records of training activities, including attendance, evaluations, and certifications.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
By demonstrating skills and knowledge in these essential areas
* Minimum of 2 years of experience working in the IT industry, with expertise in Microsoft 365 Training
* Proven experience designing and delivering IT training programs to diverse audiences, including beginners and advanced learners.
* Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
* Experience with e-learning platforms and virtual training tools is a plus.
* Ability to travel to client sites as needed.
