This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of this school by providing top-notch technical support and ensuring the IT infrastructure runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide dedicated technical support and service to the school community.

* Manage access and group policies for systems such as Active Directory, Share Point, Office 365, Adobe CC, Citrix, Cashless Catering Systems, VMWare, Google Workspace, Paxton Access Control, and Papercut.

* Ensure compliance and IT security standards are met.

* Organize and maintain IT resources, ensuring all systems are up-to-date and functioning efficiently.

* Communicate effectively with staff and students, providing excellent customer service and technical assistance.

* Work flexibly to meet the dynamic needs of the school environment.
