Deliver a mixture of on-site field support and remote helpdesk support.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking and AV issues.
Support Windows 10/11, macOS, Microsoft 365, Intune, Active Directory and cloud services.
Install, configure and image desktops, laptops, iPads and other devices.
Manage user accounts, onboarding and offboarding activities.
Perform routine system maintenance, antivirus checks and security monitoring.
Maintain accurate documentation, asset records and helpdesk tickets.
Liaise with third-party suppliers to resolve technical issues efficiently.
Manage your own support queue, ensuring tickets are resolved professionally and within agreed SLAs. You'll work closely with internal engineers, the helpdesk team and a wide variety of clients, delivering a high standard of technical support while ensuring technology remains reliable, secure and fit for purpose.
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years' experience in an IT support role.
Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS and Microsoft 365.
Experience with Active Directory, Intune and printer support.

Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage your own workload.
Professional communication skills and confidence working with a diverse client base.
A proactive approach with a willingness to learn and develop.
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
Desirable experience
VLANs, VPNs and QoS.
Backup solutions and monitoring.
Cloud-managed antivirus and anti-spam platforms.
Network cabling.
Basic server administration.

Enjoy a varied role supporting both education and commercial organisations.
Gain experience across field engineering and helpdesk support.
