It Technician Required to join a High School based in West London. they are paying between £(Apply online only) per day for an initial 6 months. Inside IR35.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Break fix service desk tickets & resolution.
User administration and permissions (Azure MS 365)
Undertaking and overseeing hardware repairs (AV, PC, laptops & peripherals).
Library systems.
MFDs & print management.
Google Workspace user & device administration.
WiFi user administration (Meraki)
PC / laptop imaging.
Apple iOS network user administration (Jamf)
Website static data updates.
Social media platform support and posts.
Telephone system user & device administration.
Assisting with IT deliveries including unpacking and configuring hardware.
Technical support of AV & conferencing systems including infrastructure.
Ensure all IT stores / IT equipment is kept tidy and organised including cable managementEssential:
