IT Technical Support Team Leader - Oxfordshire - Up to £50,000
My client are seeking an experienced IT Technical Support Team Leader to manage and develop a 2nd Line IT Support team, overseeing day-to-day operations, workload management and escalations.
You will drive service improvements, ensure high standards of incident management, develop processes and documentation, and provide technical support for a broad IT infrastructure covering on-premise and cloud environments.
Key Requirements:

Experience managing and developing a 2nd Line IT Support team.

Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Windows, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Intune and Azure.
*
Experience with Exchange, PowerShell, networking and VMware.
*
Understanding of ITIL, Incident, Change and Release Management.
*
Strong troubleshooting, communication and stakeholder management skills.
*
A proactive approach to service improvement, automation and team development.
Location: Oxfordshire – 4 days per week in the office
Salary: £50,000 per annum
