Your Key / Essential Responsibilities:
Be the first point of contact for End-User Support for PCs, Mobile & Hand-Held Devices, Tablets, MS Applications
Assist with Helpdesk, Ticket Management, Issue Escalation & Issue Resolution
Windows Server Support & Configuration up to version 2019
Support & Configuration of O365, VMware & Linux
Assist in IT Projects as well as BAU Operations
Network Support, LAN/WAN & Wi-Fi
Cyber Security Support, Endpoint, Detection & Response (EDR) etc
Software and Web Development Skills.Highly Desirable Software Skills:
Software development using PHP, HTML
