Role: IT Infrastructure Tech Support
Type: Contract (4 Months with potential extension)
Location: London, UK
Working Model: Fully Onsite
We are hiring an IT Tech Support Specialist to provide L1/L2 support across our IT infrastructure, hardware, and operating systems.
Key Responsibilities
Provide L1 and L2 technical support for hardware, software, servers, and networks.
Build, image, and configure new laptops and desktops.
Diagnose and resolve desktop hardware faults, basic printer issues, and mobile devices (iOS/Android).
Key Requirements
Solid technical knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office.
Hands-on experience with laptop imaging and desktop hardware repair.
