Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
User Support
* Respond to IT support requests.
* Assist staff with hardware and software issues.
Systems Administration
* Support Microsoft 365 users.
* Create and manage user accounts.
* Assist with system upgrades.
Infrastructure Support
* Monitor networks and devices.
* Help maintain printers and warehouse technologies.
* Participate in equipment installations.
Security & Compliance
* Support IT security procedures.
* Learn backup and disaster recovery processes.
Training Exposure
* Microsoft 365
* Active Directory
