Role: IT Systems Project Manager
Duration: 12 month contract
Start: by mid-August
Rates: £400- £450pd outside IR35
Location: Teesside, onsite 3 days per week
The role is to manage the enhancement of our partners existing Maximo system while leading the selection and implementation of a new Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and integrated finance system. You will work with a wide range of stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and with minimal disruption to the business.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the delivery of IT systems projects from planning through to implementation.
Manage Maximo system improvements and support the delivery of new business systems.
Coordinate activities with internal stakeholders, suppliers and project teams.
Support system selection, implementation, data migration and integration activities.
Manage project risks, budgets, timelines and reporting.
Lead user engagement, communications, training and change management activities.
Ensure projects deliver agreed business outcomes. About You
You will have:
At least 5 years’ experience managing IT or business systems projects.
CMMS / Maximo management experience
Strong project management, reporting and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with system implementations, process improvements and change management.
Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
A collaborative approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience of working with O&G, construction or petrochemical companies is desirable but not essential
