IT Systems Engineer
Andover - Hybrid (2 days per week from home)
£40,000 - £45,000 - 25 days holiday(+ 8 bank holidays), flexi hours, 5% employer pension, 2 x life assurance
Exciting opportunity for an IT Engineer, with experience in systems integrations, to join a tight knit team in a thriving global business offering training and progression opportunities.
You will be working for one of the largest buying groups in the world! Specialising in a variety of home electronics, this international business are growing their technical support function and IT department.
In this role you will implement new ways to improve integrations within the companies infrastructure. You will manage and support existing integrations for APIs and Data Feeds. You will provide IT support over the telephone and email to customers and clients.
The ideal candidate will have experience developing and supporting any existing or new integrations between company systems. You will have experience with ERP systems and API integration. Experience with SAP and any knowledge of EPOS systems is highly beneficial. You will be confident providing friendly technical support over the telephone.

Role Overview:
*IT Support to Customers & Clients, raising incidents when needed
*Systems integrations, connecting EPOS Systems and SAP Systems
*Hybrid - Andover (3 days a week in office)
*Early Finish – 2pm finishes alternating Fridays
*2 x life assurance policy from day 1
*Company pension scheme 5% company contribution and at least 4% colleague contribution.
