My client are looking to bring on board and experienced IT Systems Analyst based in Staffordshire into their team to support in business needs.

The key responsibilities of the IT Systems Analyst based in Staffordshire are including but no limited to the following.

Support the planning, design, development, implementation, and operation of business systems and digital services across the organisation by:

Analysing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure systems meet business needs.
Participating in the development and testing of new systems and digital services.
Assisting in the implementation and deployment of business systems.
Monitoring the operation of systems to ensure optimal performance.
Provide day-to-day delivery of efficient, effective, and supportive IT systems and services by:

Troubleshooting and resolving system issues promptly.
Offering technical support to end-users and addressing their IT concerns.
Ensuring IT systems are up-to-date and secure.
Maintaining documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
Continuously seeking opportunities to improve IT service delivery and user experience.

The successful candidate of the IT Systems Analyst based in Staffordshire will have the following experience, skills and characteristics.

Ideal candidates will have experience in the housing sector, particularly with systems such as NEC Housing Management System, Open Accounts, Total Mobile, or Total Connect.
Provide third-line application support.
Administer and configure business systems.
Perform application upgrades and server maintenance.
Utilize SQL Developer/OracleDB.
Demonstrate hands-on T-SQL development skills, including stored procedures, triggers, and ETL.
Maintain a user-focused approach with a confident and supportive manner.
Work on IT projects to tight deadlines in collaboration with suppliers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

£46,356.86

Base at Stafford - hybrid position
