Role & Responsibilities:

Configuring, managing and maintaining the internal cloud-based infrastructure, with a primary focus on MS technologies, ensuring the IT infrastructure is robust, secure and efficient
Able to provide front-line technical support on hardware and software issues
Identify areas where the software and hardware can be streamlined or improved to make the team more efficient
Maintain and support Microsoft Azure Windows based systems
Servicing office equipment regularly to ensure optimum performance
IT hardware procurement and installation
Developing and implementing organisation-wide security protocols to ensure the business is protected against cyber attacks
Onboarding new users into the business
Maintaining the IT asset log 
Essential Skills & Experience:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 administration
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
Positive can-do attitude
