Are you an experienced IT Systems Administrator looking for your next opportunity supporting solutions with the Aerospace and Defence sector? If so, the following permanent role might be for you….

We're looking for an IT Systems Administrator to join our award winning team based from Faslane, Helensburgh.
This is an exciting new role to provide IT support to our customers new IT system that will provide critical training to support the Royal Navy's outputs.

You will be required to install and maintain computer hardware and software in an office and classroom environment. You will ensure that the Learning Management Systems remain secure, up to date and available for use. Within this role you will be required to work closely with their customers and provide outstanding customer experience. The ideal candidate will come from a previous background of providing IT support from both a desktop and server support perspective.

This permanent role is offered on a 9 day working week fortnight basis The team provides IT classroom support from 06:00 until 00:00 Monday - Friday, so some shift work will be required across the team.

You will have:

Previous background of working as an IT support position and have the following skill sets:
Previous experience of working in an ITIL environment
Experience of Windows Desktop support using either Windows 10 or Windows 11
Experience of support to Windows Server 2019 and above including system patching and malware updates
Experience of creating and maintaining user accounts within Active Directory
Experience of managing network components including workstation cable patchingThe package:
