IT Technician / Level 2 Helpdesk support

We are looking for an IT support technician for a period of 3 months to cover annual leave. The candidate will be required to work alongside three other IT members in our Immingham office between 08:00 – 16:30 Monday to Friday.

The candidate will be triaging and dealing with IT helpdesk calls, logging incidents on the servicedesk and working with internal 2nd line technicians to service our customers.

Third line support and management of the server instructor is maintained by a service company.

We require the candidate to:

* Have a good knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating systems

* Familiar with Active Directory, assigning/removing permissions etc.

* Updating of IT records as system changes take place.

* Familiar with working with IT service desk software, remotely supporting users in our nationwide offices and meeting deadlines requested.

* Good customer service skills

* Excellent problem solving skills

* Attention to detail

* Great Communication Skills

* Driving licence preferred but not essential
