* An experienced IT Support Technician / IT Support Engineer who enjoys providing hands-on technical support to users

* Experience across 1st and/or 2nd line IT support

* Someone comfortable troubleshooting hardware, software, networks, Microsoft 365 and user issues

* This is a people-focused business – we want someone friendly, engaging and collaborative who enjoys helping colleagues

* Someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

* Ideally within approximately 12 miles of Ashby-de-la-Zouch / Coalville region
