£30,000 – £35,000 | Progression to IT Manager | Quarterly Bonus + Training
Commutable from Andover, Salisbury, Southampton, Portsmouth etc.
Are you an IT Support Technician with MS365 experience looking to join a market-leading manufacturer, in a varied role with a clear route to management, ongoing training and a friendly, collaborative culture?
This is a rare opportunity to join one of the most prestigious businesses of its kind in the world - supplying and supporting stately homes, royal households and high end private properties across the UK.
You'll play an integral role in hardware setups, fault finding and day-to-day IT support, with the scope to get involved in network and server management, as well as web development when required.

The Role ????️
▪ Set up hardware and assign new starters with 365 credentials
▪ Maintain internal networks, including server management software
▪ Support with IP / networking issues
▪ Carry out basic repairs — battery swaps and the like
▪ Contribute to web design and development where required

▪ Experience in a similar role, using MS365
▪ Server management software / networking experience
▪ Looking for growth and development in your career
▪ Happy with an office-based role
▪ Full stack / web development is a plus but not essential
