IT Support Technician - London - GBP £28,000 (Onsite)

My client is one of the UK's foremost IT Companies and is in the midst of company growth! They are seeking a competent IT Support Technician to join their team to be based at one educational site. As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support and troubleshooting services for desktops, servers, and software.

Continuously develop knowledge and skills, particularly in portal development, to prepare for future projects and progression opportunities
Provide 1st and 2nd line support for the user base, including troubleshooting software, hardware, and business applications.
Provide 1st and 2nd line support for IT systems used by users, addressing various IT problems.
Work closely with the IT Team remotely to provide supportThe ideal candidate will have/be able to:

Previous Helpdesk Experience (Telephone/Email/Face-to-Face Support)
2 years of relevant experience or technical support
Basic Networking Knowledge - LAN/WAN
Office 365
Excellent communication skills and team player
Be decisive and have the passion to problem-solve
Strong customer/client service
Hardware Setups - Laptops, PCs, Macs, and Mobiles for End Users
Proficient with Windows 10/11
