IT Support Technician

Up to £30,000

On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to support the IT Manager in the smooth operation of the IT infrastructure and supporting various technical aspects of operational activities. This is an on-site position and require supporting 2 sites in North Norfolk. Therefor, the successful candidate must live within a commutable distance of Fakenham and have access to their own vehicle.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and improve network and server systems, including DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, and print services.
Manage telecoms systems and support various IT projects.
Arrange and oversee the setup of LED screens and audio speakers for events.
Handle hardware support for laptops, PCs, printers, photocopiers, VoIP phones, and server cabinets.
Provide helpdesk support for end users across the organisation.Requirements:

Proficiency in Windows Operating Systems and Windows Server.
Experience of DHCP, DNS, Active Directory.
Experience providing hardware support for laptops, PCs, and printers.
Ability to set up projectors and manage remote meetings via TEAMS and Zoom.
Previous experience working in an internal IT Support team or an MSP.Please note, this is just a snapshot of the requirements and a full job spec will be provided upon application
