Join a leading SaaS provider to the hospitality industry as an IT Support & Installation Technician and help their international customers with Installation and IT Support.
This a full-time on-site role based at their offices in Stokenchurch.
THE ROLE:
As IT Support & Installation Technician, you will be responsible for:
Troubleshooting technical issues
Handling cabling installations
Delivering great customer service.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
IT support and troubleshooting experience
Customer service mindset
Strong spoken and written communication skills
Ability to work well in a team.
Applicants must live a reasonable commute from Stockenchurch.
SALARY & BENEFITS YOU’LL RECEIVE AS IT SUPPORT & INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN:
£28,000 - £34,000, dependent on experience
