IT Support Engineer - South Yorkshire - £23-28K
An established client of ours in the Technology sector are looking for a 1st/2nd line support engineer to join their internal IT department, on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will respond to 1st/2nd line incidents providing deskside support which will include solving and closing tickets.
This is an office based role in there South Yorkshire office.
Roles & Responsibilities
Providing deskside support which will include solving and closing tickets.
Assisting with onsite hardware support and mobile devices
Infrastructure maintenance
Maintaining operating systems ensuring they are up to date and patched.
Hosting IT workshops with internal staff
Windows 11
Windows Server 2016+
SQL Server 17+
Active Directory
IT procurement and printer/photocopiers maintenance
General administration and data processing to include auditing equipment and keeping asset register updated.
