IT Support Engineer (AV Industry)
Hemel Hempstead - Hybrid (50% remote)
£35,000 - £40,000 + Private Medical + Dental Cover + Progression + Training + Company Benefits
Are you an IT Support Engineer that wants to make an impact within a global, customer focused brand recognized for its industry leading visual solutions and commitment to innovation?
Do you want to join an IT Support Engineer leading global provider in projection and display technology as part of their support team whilst also working on a variety of projects from migrations to cyber security?

The ideal candidate will be an IT Support Engineer that wants to join a growing team that is commutable to Hemel Hempstead.
The Role
70% supporting end users dealing with 1st and 2nd line tickets
Escalating issues to the Senior Engineer when required
30% project work - migrations, cyber security etc.
Microsoft 365 administration tasksThe Person
Experience within 1st/2nd line role or similar
Experience with Azure AD and Entra ID
Experience with M365 services
Commutable to Hemel Hempstead
