IT Support Engineer - 1st and 2nd line - is required by Europe’s leading visual communications specialist delivering dynamic multi-channel marketing services to brands and retailers across the globe. Their model combines insight, creative, production, execution, and optimisation to provide clients with a broad range of effective and impactful point-of-purchase visual communications.
Role Overview
They are looking for a dynamic IT Engineer to join their team. This is a fantastic chance to work for a company that has the mix of being enjoyable, yet high-paced and professional work environment.
Please note this is a fully office based role in their Melksham office.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing 1st, and 2nd line technical support queries professionally and efficiently, maintaining a high degree of customer service.
* Windows 11/10 OS support and administration.
* Mac support and administration
* Taking ownership of user problems, performing technical diagnosis and fixing issues remotely or scheduling for an on-site engineer
* Documenting calls on the call ticketing system.
* Following standard help desk procedures & processes

* Computer Literacy (Microsoft suite).
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload.
* Confident approach, passion, and attention to detail.
