Description:
Red Recruitment is recruiting an IT Support Engineer with previous industry experience to join a Gloucester-based team. This role is dynamic in nature, covering all aspects of modern IT support and a great opportunity to join a hard-working team and further your engineering skills. The salary for this position is £30,000 - £34,000 per annum (depending on experience).
A full UK's driving licence is required due to the nature of the role.

20 days holiday plus bank holidaysKey Responsibilities of an IT Support Engineer:
Providing helpdesk support (the company is a VAR for SMB's)
Assisting clients with the migration of on-premises, to modern cloud-based systems
Communicating with clients via telephone, video, email, and face-to-face visits in Gloucester and the surrounding areas
Monitoring and managing remotely Key Skills of an IT Support Engineer:
Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals is essential
The ability to provide Microsoft 365 Systems Admin knowledge such as Share Point Admin Centre, Endpoint Admin Centre, Azure Active Directory and Endpoint
Migration and Implementation support is essential
A good working knowledge of modern window-based operating systems and networking is essential
The ability to install Windows 11 OS and Windows Server OS and provide support is essential
Understanding of IPv4 networking
Knowledge of GDPR
At least 4 years of industry experience
