Description:
We are currently recruiting for a company based in Burnley who are seeking a dedicated 1st Line IT Support Engineer. You will be a crucial member of a dynamic team, you'll play a vital role in providing ongoing support to their valued clients, both remotely and in person.
Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive support to clients, including Windows and Mac desktop support, software installation, AV support, data backup services, cloud storage, IT hardware installations, Office 365, One Drive, SharePoint, and domain name management.
* Handle inbound support calls and tickets efficiently and professionally.
* Conduct on-site IT support visits to client companies, ensuring their IT infrastructure runs smoothly.
* Collaborate closely with team members to resolve complex technical issues.
Requirements:
* Full UK driving licence is essential as the role involves on-the-road IT support visits.
* Clean UK driving licence is necessary for insurance purposes to utilise company vehicles.
* Strong proficiency in Windows and Mac desktop environments.
* Knowledge of software installation and troubleshooting.
* Familiarity with Office 365, One Drive, SharePoint, and cloud storage solutions.
* Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
