Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Engineer to provide direct support to our esteemed C-Suite and Director-level upper management team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, resolving technical issues promptly, and delivering exceptional technology support to our executive team ensuring their operational efficiency and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Provide direct technical support and assistance to C-Suite and Director-level executives, ensuring their technology needs are met promptly and efficiently.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for executive-level staff, including laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
Collaborate closely with the IT team to implement and maintain technology solutions tailored to the specific needs of our executive team.
Manage and support audio/visual equipment and conferencing systems used in executive-level meetings and presentations.
Ensure data security and privacy for executive-level systems and accounts.

Requirements

Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar role, preferably supporting C-Suite or Director-level executives.
Strong technical knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and mobile devices.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to handle urgent issues calmly and efficiently.
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with executive-level stakeholders.
Familiarity with audio/visual equipment and conferencing systems.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends to provide support during critical periods or executive events.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a bonus.
